World’s richest man and Tesla owner Elon Musk posted a job advertisement via his profile on Twitter, in which he asked those who apply to provide examples of their “exceptional ability”. However, the replies he received were not what he was expecting.
The post, through which Musk was searching for people to build the company’s “hardcore litigation department”, immediately went viral with people sharing their own moments of glory which, of course, would most likely not be adequate to land them a job at the firm.
Tesla is building a hardcore litigation department where we directly initiate & execute lawsuits. The team will report directly to me.
Please send 3 to 5 bullet points describing evidence of exceptional ability.

“1. In July 2017, I drank 69 beers in one day 2. I have an encyclopedic knowledge of Arizona dive bars 3. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from a Tier 1 law school. These are ranked in order of importance,” said one user, while another stated: “I went to business school I like green beans I am 6’4” I can read and write in English and Spanish I am getting a little bald which is proof of my wisdom You have 2 hours.”
Of course, none of these replies to Musk’s post were meant to be taken seriously, considering not many people held the billionaire’s initial tweet in high regard. As one person pointed out, “…if I wanted to assemble a team of the finest legal minds in the world, the first place I would go would be Twitter, absolutely.”

However, it can be said that Musk could be looking to boost his legal team, considering the recent accusations of sexual misconduct that were raised against him by a former SpaceX flight attendant.
