COLORBOND Launches TVC Showcasing The Colours Of Australia Since 1966

Aussie brand COLORBOND steel has started the celebration of its 50th anniversary year with a beautiful and inspiring new TV advertising campaign.

The new TVC is a major step-change from the brand’s much-loved humorous campaigns and aims to showcase the beautiful and often surprising ways COLORBOND steel is used in buildings across the country.

Bluescope manager marketing & market development – sales & marketing, Lisa Dent, acknowledged the ad is a big shift for the brand.

“Being a successful and reputable brand in Australia for 50 years is a significant achievement and one we wanted to celebrate in a uniquely Australian way,” Dent said.

“We’re incredibly proud of the end result, delivered beautifully by director, Jeff Darling and the Velvet production team who captured the essence of COLORBOND steel as well as the stories and inspiration behind the colours perfectly. Jeff has created a visually stunning, inspiring and emotive piece of work for COLORBOND steel.

“Fifty years is a real milestone and we see this year as an opportunity to recognise the people who have supported COLORBOND steel over this time. As you can imagine, there are a lot of them!”
