Oscar winner and arguably the most handsome man in Hollywood Brad Pitt is putting his multi-talents to good use by starring in Miraval Rosé’s first-ever ad campaign.
For its first ad campaign, Miraval Rosé, which is actually owned by Pitt and ex-wife Angelina Jolie, decided to repurpose a photo from Pitt’s 2019 fashion shoot for GQ taken by Lachlan Bailey.
The black-and-white image features Pitt sun-baking in a pool lounge chair. The campaign, titled the “Spirit of the Riviera”, is an ad for the upcoming release of Miraval Rosé’s 2020 vintage, which is set to hit shelves in America on February 1.
Pitt has been producing rosé since 2012, but this is the second time he’s used his own photo to promote the brand. The first time was when he shared a photo of himself in August with the label’s latest rosé – Fleur de Miraval.
The actor told People of Miraval’s latest launch, “For me, champagne conjures up feelings of celebration, quality, prestige, and luxury. But rosé Champagne is still relatively unknown. Backed by our success with Miraval in Provence, I wanted us to try to create the defining brand of rosé Champagne, focusing all our efforts on just this one color.”
