Bellwether Goes Underwater With New Campaign For Naked Pools

To craft the perfect picture of its clarifying effect, Naked Freshwater Pool Systems partnered with photographic artist Tamara Dean in a campaign led by Bellwether that showcases her underwater imagery, shot from her custom-built Naked pool studio.

The imagery from Dean’s work in this campaign demonstrates the difference in clarity necessary for this level of artistry, as well as for a gentler feel on skin without the harshness or odours of salt and chlorine pools.

Bellwether creative director Andrew Crook said the aim was to create something authentic and unique that highlighted the many practical benefits of the Naked System in a way that challenges consumers’ perceptions of water quality.

“What always amazes me is how much energy people pour into choosing tiles, pavers and landscaping, yet the actual quality of the water—the heart of the experience—is often overlooked. This campaign was about flipping that mindset,” Crook said.

“Tamara had already been telling the story for us in her own words, describing the sensory difference of swimming in truly fresh water. It was the perfect organic product demonstration.

“From there, our creative process was about deepening that narrative: pairing her visual artistry with a cinematic storytelling style that reveals the beauty, purity and emotional resonance of a
freshwater pool.

“The result is something that feels less like an ad and more like an intimate glimpse into the world of her art.”

Naked Pools co-founder and co-owner Darren Milne said Tamara’s photography perfectly expresses the brand’s quality in a way that is both engaging and visually stunning.
“They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and it couldn’t be truer with this campaign. What better way to demonstrate the Naked Pool difference than with a world-class photography
collaboration where people can see the clarity with their own eyes?” Darren added.

“Our system combines advanced digital controls with a carefully designed electrode assembly to keep the water crystal clear. It’s perfect for everyday swimmers who want a pristine, low-chemical pool, and for artists like Tamara who need the clarity and quality of the water to create striking, immersive images.”

In a national TV and digital campaign launch, Tamara’s unique photography demonstrates both the benefits and the beauty of a freshwater pool system.
