Are Media has launched its latest industry insights series, TRENDtalks: The Luxury Forecast 2022, which will provide an essential framework to guide brands and agencies through the inter-covid luxury landscape. Click here to reserve your place.
In the fourth instalment of the TRENDtalks series, Are Media has partnered with The Future Laboratory, one of the UK’s most renowned futures consultancies, to reveal the five states of luxury, providing businesses with the tools to understand the behaviours and action responses to meet luxurians’ future needs now.
As the world ground to a halt in 2020, organisations across the luxury sector were confronted with unprecedented challenges. Two years on, the sector is demonstrating impressive elasticity, not only in weathering the pandemic but also in its response to wider socio-cultural changes.
In addition to a presentation from The Future Laboratory, marie claire editor Nicky Briger will interview guest speaker Manuela Strippolo, Global Director Brand and Communications for YOOX, which is part of the NET-A-PORTER GROUP. An online luxury retailer specialising in fashion, art and design products, YOOX are a front-runner in the technology space and introduced the first-ever ‘Meta-fluencer’ – a virtual influencer crafted from user data and customer preferences.
Andrew Cook, director of sales at Are Media said: “Luxury marketing continues to evolve as demographics change and technology enables new ways for brands to interact with audiences.
“TRENDtalks: The Luxury Forecast will highlight what these emerging trends are, to give marketers the insights they need to effectively engage with consumers.
“As the home of Australia’s leading luxury network reaching over 1.6 million women, with 3 million social touchpoints – we are proud to present this exclusive luxury forecast first to the Australian market.”
Open to marketers, creatives and those working within the luxury sector, TRENDtalks: The Luxury Forecast 2022 is a free virtual event and will be broadcast on Wednesday 6 April at 10am.
