Independent growth agency Windsorborn has appointed Squeegee Scott as growth strategist.
Scott joins Windsorborn from Salesforce, where she most recently led regional demand strategy, helping improve marketing efficiency and pipeline performance through disciplined planning, creative optimisation and experimentation.
Bringing experience across enterprise, in-house and agency environments, Scott has built her career connecting brand, creative, media and demand generation around measurable commercial outcomes. She has led integrated marketing strategies, developed experimentation frameworks and helped organisations scale marketing performance through test-and-learn execution.
Will Reynolds, founder and managing director of Windsorborn, said Scott’s experience will further strengthen the agency’s strategic offering.
“Marketing has never had more channels, data or technology available, yet many organisations are still struggling to connect those pieces into a system that consistently delivers growth.
“Squeegee has a rare ability to bring clarity to complexity. She combines strategic thinking with practical execution and knows how to build marketing systems that are measurable, scalable and focused on commercial outcomes. As we continue to grow, she’ll play a key role in helping our clients unlock the next stage of growth,” said Reynolds.
Scott said she was excited to join an agency that shares her philosophy on modern marketing.
“The businesses seeing the strongest results aren’t thinking about brand, demand generation and performance in isolation. They’re building connected systems that learn, evolve and become more effective over time,” she said.
“That’s what stood out to me about Windsorborn: growth doesn’t come from doing more marketing activity, it comes from aligning strategy, creative, media and measurement. That’s where the real change happens.”
As Growth Strategist, Scott will work across Windsorborn’s client portfolio, helping develop growth strategies, creative testing frameworks and attribution models that give clients a clearer understanding of what’s driving growth, while building marketing systems that continuously learn and improve.
