Wednesday TV Wrap: Home & Away Hands Seven The Night

Seven’s home and away wins the night in entertainment again pulling in 548,000 viewers. The show has proved to be the gift that keeps on giving for the network.

In news, news – Seven News hit 917,000 viewers while Nine News had 813,000.

A Current Affair had 621,000 viewers – Grimshaw certainly knows how to keep the attention of an audience! 

As per OzTAM’s metro numbers, second in entertainment was ABC’s, Gruen, performing very well with 539,000 viewers – the silver fox aka Will Anderson strikes again! 

Third in entertainment was ABC’s Hard Quiz with 557,000 – Ita will be happy! 
For 10, The Project snagged 380,000 viewers, The Bachelorette won 332,000 viewers  – is everyone following the Abby/Konrad drama? 10 News First grabbed 300,000 viewers. 
For Seven, The Chase hit 473,000, and Code – Minute By Minute snagged 363,000 – talk about stressful viewing!
On Nine, Hot Seat scored 398,000 viewers and Mega Zoo grabbed 373,000 – who can refuse lions and tigers
Finally, ABC had a very solid night with ABC News netting 585,000 viewers and 7.30 earning 460,000 viewers.
Out on top was the Seven Network with 30.1 per cent. Nine was only a fraction behind with 28.0 per cent of the daily share, followed closely by the ABC Network with 17.3 per cent. The 10 Network ended with 16.0 per cent of the share, while the SBS had 8.6 per cent.
Looking now to OzTAM’s total tv report for Monday, November sixteenth, the top-performing program was Seven News with a total audience of 1,460,000 viewers (metro: 896,000 regional: 532,000, BVOD: 30,000 2).

Next was the News News, with a total audience of 1,134,000 viewers (metro: 827,000 regional: 277,000, BVOD: 27,000), followed by Gruen at 1,120,000 (metro: 620,000, regional: 239,000, BVOD: 85,000).

And, once again, the show with the highest lift on overnight was Love Island Australia at 164, bringing it to a total audience of 517,000 (metro: 150,000, regional: 46,000, BVOD: 252,000)
