Wednesday TV Wrap: ABC’s Hard Quiz Wins Night In Entertainment

ABC’s Hard Quiz was the pick of the night on Wednesday, earning itself the number one entertainment spot.

According to OzTAM metro data, Hard Quiz was watched by 746,000 Aussies. Second top entertainment show for the night was Seven’s Home and Away (626,000). Nine’s best entertainment spot went to Hot Seat (593,000), while 10’s Bachelor in Paradise did 490,000.

Nine won the night across all channels with 27.3 per cent. Seven did 26.5 per cent, 10 did 18.2 per cent, ABC did 19.1 per cent and SBS did 9.0 per cent.

Here’s how the rest of the night ran:

Nine

News did 1.09m and ACA did 622,000.

The Project did 567,000, and 10 News First did 446,000.

Seven

The Chase did 611,000 and Highway Patrol Special did 407,000.

ABC

News did 835,000, 7.30 did 693,000, Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell did 691,000 and Rosehaven did 508,000.

Primary channel share

Nine won with 19.0per cent, Seven did 18.8 per cent, 10 did 11.4 per cent while ABC did 14.3 per cent and SBS did 5.6 per cent.
