Carpet Court has joined VERSA’s client portfolio following a competitive pitch process.
VERSA will provide a digital experience roadmap that will support Carpet Court as they move beyond the traditional role of a flooring retailer to the trusted go-to lifestyle brand for home renovation inspiration and education for home renovators.
In 2023 Carpet Court will celebrate their 50th year, coinciding with their customer experience transformation journey. Carpet Court chose to work with VERSA for a number of reasons including its reputation for building market leading platforms, and also for its expertise in providing innovative solutions.
