Newly launched independent suite of specialist creative and media companies, Venetian Media Group (VMG) has made two senior appointments to guide and grow the Australian owned and operated business.
Andrew Butler has joined as Executive Director to help steer the future direction and growth of the business. Samantha Summers has been appointed Group Head of Marketing to drive marketing within and beyond the group.
Butler owns and operates his own accounting business, Wheelhouse Advisory, working across the media and advertising industry as well as assisting domestic and international sports and entertainment talent and their managers with effective negotiation and contractual structuring. His background includes five years with Deloitte, and a military career.
Summers has more than 15 years media and marketing experience across the UK and Australia including roles with Clear Channel Outdoor, Adshel and Skyfii. Most recently, she was Group Business Director at location-based marketer Posterscope, leading teams across clients including Woolworths, Jaguar Land Rover and Glenfiddich.
