Australia’s newest cooking sensation, VEGEMITE Quarantine Cuisine hosted by Adam Liaw, went live this week.
As part of a three-part Zoom masterclass series, Liaw shows Australia in real-time, that just because we are all confined at home, it doesn’t mean we can’t get a little creative in the kitchen.
As we settle into lockdown for a while longer, VEGEMITE Quarantine Cuisine will feed us some inspiration to whip up meals using the items we have already stockpiled in our pantries. However, they’re recipes with a twist – they all include one pantry staple that we all have at home, VEGEMITE.
“The key ingredient to cooking great food during isolation is probably already in your pantry. I’ll be sharing some of my favourite recipes, using Australia’s favourite source of umami – VEGEMITE,” Liaw said.
“Join me to discover some ways to take VEGEMITE beyond your morning slice of toast,” he said.
Matt Gray , head of marketing, Bega Foods, added: “We know that VEGEMITE fans love finding new ways to enjoy their favourite spread, so we’ve joined forces with Adam Liaw to bring some exciting recipes to life. After all cooking with VEGEMITE ensures every meal Tastes Like Australia.”
Tune in and cook along with Adam for the two remaining episodes, Tuesday 5th and 12th May at 5 PM AEST on Zoom (first in gets a space).
If you miss out on tuning into the episodes, you can catch up via the mini-series posted on VEGEMITE’s socials.
