Advertising and marketing agency VaynerMedia has announced a significant expansion of its Australian leadership team with four senior appointments, as brands increasingly shift investment toward social platforms and creator-led ecosystems.
The agency has appointed Elle Batchelor, Sophie Tschuchnigg, Belle Brown and Nathan Bramley, strengthening its capabilities across creator partnerships, project delivery, client leadership and gaming and tech-focused strategy.
“Attention has moved and increasingly, so has investment,” said Karen Coleman, country manager, VaynerMedia Australia.
“We’re seeing a clear acceleration in demand from brands who recognise that social is no longer an add on channel, it’s the starting point. These hires ensure we have the depth and capability to support our clients to keep pace with that shift and win where attention is actually happening.”
The new appointments include Elle Batchelor as director of creator partnerships, APAC – formerly of TikTok. Batchelor will lead expansion of VaynerMedia’s Creators, Affiliates, Influencer and Talent (CAIT) division, with a focus on moving brands beyond vanity metrics toward commerce-driven creator partnerships.
Sophie Tschuchnigg joins as a project director from Akcelo. She brings more than 15 years of experience across advertising, media and technology, having delivered large-scale projects for brands including PepsiCo, Spotify, TikTok and McDonald’s. She will support the agency’s high-volume, agile production model.
Belle Brown, previously at Howatson+Company, joins as a client partner. She brings senior client leadership experience across complex business environments, focused on translating social-first creative into measurable business growth for clients.
Nathan Bramley joins as senior account director. Formerly of Hello, Bramley brings expertise in gaming and tech-led marketing, having worked with brands including Uber and Samsung, helping clients engage more effectively with emerging digital subcultures.
VaynerMedia said the appointments will immediately strengthen its integrated creative, media and consulting offering in Australia, as demand grows for social-first brand strategy and execution.
The agency currently operates across 15 global offices and opened its Australian operations in 2021, working with brands including PepsiCo, Carlton & United Breweries and SharkNinja.
