Val Morgan Cinema has announced the major pre-show partners for Wicked: For Good, releasing on November 20.

Telstra, Suncorp, Paramount+, Audible, Commonwealth Bank, and Coles are all amongst the biggest on-screen partners of the film.

Wicked Sister has also partnered with HOYTS via Val Morgan Cinema in an exclusive HOYTS LUX partnership, enabling audiences to trial their new Wicked: For Good themed range of desserts as part of the HOYTS LUX experience.

“What we saw last year was absolutely electric. Audiences turned up in droves for the original release of Wicked, which resulted in the film becoming the highest grossing live action musical of all time, and the fourth biggest movie of the year,” said Guy Burbidge, MD of Val Morgan Cinema.

“This second instalment is set to deliver multigenerational appeal on another level. We’re excited for these brands to be part of what is simply an unmatched opportunity to connect with moviegoers alongside one of 2025’s biggest cultural events, during such a critical time of the year.”

The global hype surrounding Wicked: For Good has ignited the Australian box office with opening day pre-sale figures at HOYTS already surpassing the first movie.

Cinema is set for another sizzling summer, driven by major blockbuster releases and shared experiences, from outdoor cinemas under the stars like Moonlight Cinema, to escaping the heat in the comfort of premium experiences.

The coming weeks bring highly anticipated titles like Zootopia 2, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, and Avatar: Fire and Ash. And on Boxing Day, audiences can look forward to Anaconda, The Housemaid, and The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants.
