As usual, The Block’s killed it, and everyone is left choking on its sawdust.
However, Tom Gleeson’s ABC moment pulled in eyeballs, but 10’s lineup meant it beat the government-funded network to a higher overall share.
Nine Network’s overall share was 31.6 per cent. Seven’s Network was 25.6 per cent. The 10 Network was 17.9 per cent, ABC Network was 16.9 per cent, and SBS grabbed 8.0 per cent.
Seven News pulled in 871,000 viewers. Nine News 720,000 viewers.
According to OzTam’s reporting, Nine’s night last night was very solid. The Block pulled in 735,000 viewers – Can a fun comedian buy one of the houses? I liked when Hughesy did! Perhaps Judith Lucy?
A Current Affair grabbed 554,000 viewers – I refuse to say goodbye to Grimshaw, but I’m also desperate to know who gets her Nine parking spot.
Hot Seat brought in 330,000 viewers. Travel Guides pulled 387,000 viewers.
Seven’s night was strong as well.
The Chase pulled in 435,000 viewers. Home and Away grabbed 473,000 viewers. Dogs Behaving Very Badly pulled in 307,000 viewers – important viewing for a weak hipster that got a dog during a lockdown aka me.
10’s The Project brought in 306,000 viewers. Cheap Seats earned 319.000 viewers. The Traitors grabbed 265,00 eyeballs – this trust no-one mentality is also handy to use when walking into family Christmas.
ABC’s night was strong, with ABC News earning 575,000.
7.30 brought in 497,000, and Take 5 With Zan Row brought in 334,000. Tom Gleeson’s Secrets Of The Australian Museum pulled in 349,000 viewers.
