Today’s The Day! Entries Close For Women Leading Tech

Do you know what today is? Apart from former US golfer Jane Geddes’ 60th birthday (look it up), it is also the last day for you to get your on-time entries for Women Leading Tech in.

As you might have heard, B&T is changing it up a bit in 2020 with a brand new event.

Women Leading Tech is promoting all the fantastic female technology talent that is creating a more innovative and creative communications industry.

As part of the celebration, we will be handing out a bunch of awards to recognise just some of the talent that is leading our industry.

A reminder that our categories are:

  • Entrepreneur/Founder
  • Executive Leader
  • Product
  • Engineering
  • Data Science
  • Design
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Mentor
  • Advocacy

So if you think you could qualify, or you know a talented female technology wizz who might, get your nominations in ASAP.

Entries for the awards close at 5PM today (AEDT).

Fear not procrastinators, we will be keeping late entries open for another week (12 February 2020).

Confirmed speakers include Publicis Sapient Australia managing director Sarah Adam-Gedge and STEM journalist Rae Johnston.

The inaugural Women Leading Tech event will take place on 8 April 2020 at Linseed House, The Grounds of Alexandria, 7a/2 Huntley St, Alexandria.
