It may not have reached the numbers 10 bosses would have hoped during the actual series, however, last night’s The Bachelorette finale proved viewers still love a good dose of romance.

Nine still won Thursday with 27.8 per cent audience share, Seven was close behind with 26.8 per cent and 10 had to settle for 21.1 per cent. To be fair to 10, if only the primaries were counted, then it could have placed a number two. The ABC had 17.4 per cent and SBS had 6.8 per cent.
Seven’s evening ran thus: 6pm news 850,000), Home And Away (483,000), The Chase (463,000), Orange Is The New Brown (264,000), Modern Family (198,000) and movie Date Night (144,000).
