To celebrate the launch of Hard Rated Alcoholic Orange, Thirsty Camel and Hard Rated are turning up the citrus and sass by offering free fake tans to Melburnians bold enough to match the colour (and vibe) of the newest RTD on the block.

On Thursday, August 28, anyone who makes a purchase over $5 at Thirsty Camel Harp of Erin Hotel, between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm, will score a complimentary spray tan. Whether chasing that post-Europe glow or embracing a full-on orange moment, punters can roll in and roll out with a brand-new hue to go with the drink of the season.

The star of the show, Hard Rated Orange, packs a zesty, low-fizz punch with no artificial colours or flavours. The sweet, citrusy beverage at 4.5 per cent ABV delivers a tangy hit to Aussie drinkers’ tastebuds.

“We’re so excited to celebrate the long-awaited launch of Hard Rated Orange and what better way to mark the occasion than by getting involved and turning yourself orange! It’s bold, it’s bright, and it’s guaranteed to get people talking,” said Lisa O’Donovan, national marketing manager from Thirsty Camel.

“What better way to back a fun new drink than by turning myself into a human orange? It’s a good laugh, and if you’re keen to get in on the action, head to Thirsty Camel at The Harp of Erin Hotel and claim your free spray tan. It’s the ultimate way to test drive the colour of the season,” said Collingwood Football Club premiership defender and Thirsty Camel spokesperson, Oleg Markov.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to launch our latest RTD, as we know how much customers have been chasing after a great tasting orange-flavoured alcoholic drink,” concluded Asahi’s head of RTDs and cider, Sarah Wilcox.

“Thirsty Camel has been a perfect partner to launch Hard Rated Orange with. They understand how to have fun, push boundaries, and bring bold new drinks to life.”

To sweeten the deal even more, the first 200 people aged 18+ to visit the bottleshop on the day will score a free can of the latest release.
