The UK’s CV-19 “Alert System” Looks Like Nando’s Peri-Ometer & It’s Making People Very Hungry Indeed

However, one of the graphics during the PM’s speech caught many viewers’ eye.

It was a colour-coded COVID alert system that many quickly pointed out had remarkable similarities to chicken burger chain Nando’s’ famous “Peri-Ometer” that details the hotness of its burgers to customers.

And soon the social media memes began to flow. Many suggesting the similarity in the colour charts were making them very hungry for some of Nando’s famed grilled bird.
