Independent experience agency The Misfits has recently announced a strategic partnership with cultural change and leadership experts Nancy Hromin and Kate Chaffer.
While the company has for a long time operated in the space of creative services, digital and content marketing, film production and events, The Misfits is now broadening this offering to include business and brand consulting services.
“We want to help our clients answer the big questions – why their organisation exists, what purpose it serves and how it will make a difference,” said CEO Dan Uglow.
“We want to inspire teams to take action by identifying and aligning themselves to this purpose.”
Chloé Noel De Kerbrech, managing director at The Misfits, added: “We’ve had a vision to expand into this space, as we are seeing more and more clients requesting services that go beyond just marketing.
“We’ve seen a growth in demand for a more integrated consultative services offering such as the provision of thought leadership on inclusion and diversity, workplace culture and organisational review and design.”
Both Hromin (pictured above, left) and Chaffer (pictured above, right) bring with them over 20 years’ experience to The Misfits, having worked with some of Australia’s heaviest hitters in media, advertising and events including News Corp, Foxtel, BMF, Network 10, WPP, Seven West Media, SBS and Secret Sounds.
“We’re really excited by the partnership and where it will take us,” said Hromin.
“The vision for success here is that we can help our clients enable their leaders to raise their self-awareness so that they can lead with empathy, build trust and create an environment that encourages collaboration, problem-solving and creativity.”
The partnership continues The Misfits’ solid path of growth over the last 12 months, having gained a place in the NSW government’s advertising and digital communications services scheme, as well as snaring several other new clients and making a key senior hire.
