Sydney-based independent experience agency The Misfits (publisher of B&T) has seen cracking growth in the past 12 months and welcomed to the stable a host of new clients and a key hire.

Gelao has over 15 years’ experience working client-side in government and agency side, with exposure to a range of industries including financial services, tech and IT, tourism, retail, automotive, fintech, media and more.
She has worked with leading brands such as Facebook, Dropbox, Instagram and Salesforce, formulating and executing event and content strategy that works effectively across the entire experiential marketing ecosystem.

“The move to The Misfits gives me the opportunity to grow as a commercial director and refine my skills in creating best-in-class, content-led experiences both online and offline,” she said.
“There’s something pretty unique about The Misfits family and where it’s headed. It’s a really important time for the business in terms of scaling, and I’m stoked I get to come along for the ride.”
