The Core Agency Shares New Work Focusing On Human Relationships In The Digital World For Elders Insurance

Independent creative agency, The Core Agency, has launched its latest campaign for long-standing client, Elders Insurance, building on the brand’s core idea, ‘Our way never gets old’.

The new campaign of TVCs, press and digital went live and, like previous campaigns, uses real Elders Insurance agents in the stories. It features two very different, yet contemporary, small business owners – a farmer and a microbrewer – who have adopted the latest technology to help run their operations.

The stories highlight how much they value the ‘human’ partnership of their local Elders Insurance agent in our fast-changing digital world.

Jon Skinner, founder and creative partner at The Core Agency said, “these films make the simple point that technology is great, but smart humans are irreplaceable. When we spoke to SMEs in the development of this campaign it became clear just how much Elders Insurance customers value their local agent partnership as a critical part of their business.”

Sara Foale, chief marketing officer at QBE Insurance Group added, “Elders Insurance helps protect a huge diversity of SME businesses right across Australia. Our new campaign captures the truth that however reliant a business is in new technology the role of genuine human customer service has never been more important.”

Elders Insurance is one of Australia’s largest regional and rural insurance providers, with over 100 years of experience. The Elders Insurance model is different to most traditional insurers in that it has owner-agents who live and work in their local communities. Its products include business insurance, farm insurance, personal insurance, plus fleet and commercial motor insurance.

The Core Agency’s clients include IGA Supermarkets, QBE Insurance, PwC, Just Better Care, EASYFLOWERS, Doctors on Demand and Evergreen Garden Care.
