The Bachelor Debuts Format Shake-Up With Not One But Three New Bachies

The Bachelor is going three times as hard this year! And has debuted not one, not two but three bachelors – it is literally raining men.

The show has shaken up its format by offering three separate bachelors this season. Felix Von Hofe, Thomas Malucelli and Jed McIntosh will all be looking for love in the upcoming season.

Yes, before you ask! They have the most Bachelor jobs ever – one is a basketballer, one is a drummer and the other is a personal trainer. These all seem like jobs, that you can forget to pay tax on. But who I am to judge?

While 10’s reality romance series has been teasing a big shakeup! I don’t know if anyone saw this kind of drama coming.

Naturally, the internet is going wild with the news and there has been some criticism that while there’s triple the fun, there’s definitely not triple the diversity or even double the diversity – actually there’s no diversity.

But in fairness to channel 10, they just came off an incredible Bachelorette season. Where Brooke Blurton was the series’ first Indigenous Australian Bachelorette, and the first openly bisexual Bachelorette, too.

We also haven’t seen the lineup of eligible bachelorettes this season – so hopefully there’s diversity there.

Still, internet outrage aside it is shaping up to be a very fresh season of The Bachelor.
