Global sporting icon Andre Agassi is set to headline The Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA)’s RESET 2026: Growth through disruption, Australia’s premier conference for marketing leaders.
Presented in partnership with ThinkNewsBrands, RESET 2026’s program is designed to help Australia’s marketing leaders navigate disruption, drive growth and lead through change.
The eight-time Grand Slam champion, Olympic gold medallist, entrepreneur, educator and philanthropist is recognised not only for his achievements on court, but for one of sport’s most powerful stories of reinvention.
He is one of only a handful of players to win all four Major titles and an Olympic gold medal in singles, cementing his legacy as a true tennis icon. His journey from teenage prodigy to world number one, and later to business leader and passionate philanthropist, has made him a compelling voice on resilience, performance, leadership and sustained growth.
AANA CEO Josh Faulks said Agassi’s story speaks directly to the challenges facing marketers as they navigate AI, economic pressure, changing consumer behaviour and the need to deliver growth in an increasingly complex environment.
“Marketing leaders are under more pressure than ever to deliver growth while navigating constant disruption,” Faulks said.
“Andre Agassi is one of the greatest examples of reinvention, resilience and sustained high performance we have seen in any field. He didn’t just win at the highest level, he adapted, evolved and found new ways to succeed.
“That is why we are bringing him to the RESET stage this year.”
Agassi joins a lineup of speakers focused on helping Australia’s marketing leaders lead through change and grow through disruption, including Dr Catherine Ball – futurist, social architect and AI leader, Nick Bryant, Australian journalist and international commentator, Raja Rajamannar, former Mastercard chief marketing and communications officer, and Ogilvy’s Rory Sutherland, a leading voice on behavioural science, creativity and marketing effectiveness.
Bryant will open the day, examining the geopolitical, economic and societal forces reshaping business, culture and public trust and what that means for Australian brands and marketers.
