Sydney content marketing agency Storyation has been named a finalist for global Content Marketing Agency of the Year in the Content Marketing Association Awards in the US.
The only Australian agency on the short-list, Storyation was founded by two former Fairfax Media executives Lauren Quaintance (right in photo) and Mimi Cullen (left) and its clients include Tourism New Zealand, Mercer and Bupa.
“It’s testament to the quality of the work that clients are demanding that an Australian agency can compete with the best content marketing agencies in the world,” said Cullen.
Storyation is one of six finalists for the Agency of the Year (under 100 employees) and is competing against agencies in the US, Ireland and Slovenia.
Junkee Media is a finalist for Project of the Year for Qantas AWOL and Medium Rare won Hospitality/Travel Publication of the Year for Qantas magazine (Storyation was also a finalist for Voyage magazine for APT.)
Run by the Content Marketing Institute, the content marketing awards are the biggest international content awards program, and the agency of the year winners are announced in Cleveland in September.
