Hello! Here at B&T – we love talking about what the industry is talking about – which is clearly who took what at the Christmas party.

Drugs have long been a running industry joke. Let’s all admit it’s an industry cliche to assume most adlanders are partial to a sniff of something and we aren’t talking about daisies.

However, just because something is a cliche doesn’t mean it’s true and here at B&T, we’d like to get to the bottom of it – we will leave no stone unturned and no drug unsniffed!

So, we’ve created an anonymous industry survey – Yes anonymous!

We are tackling the big questions.

Is our industry a drug-fuelled party hard culture? Or are we actually all more interested in drinking oat milk lattes and sending passive-aggressive emails, with lines like, “Can we circle back to this later?” and “per my last email.”

Honestly here at B&T – we just aren’t sure anymore.

Is it completely outdated to go to the toilet with a bunch of co-workers? Or is it a rite of passage?
