Stateside Sports has partnered with Emarsys as it looks to double its customer database and retail presence within the next two years.
Using Emarsys’ fully integrated customer data platform (CDP), Stateside Sports plans to eliminate silos and unify customer data to drive more intelligent omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, social media, SMS and its retail stores. Emarsys’ marketer-friendly artificial intelligence will enable Stateside Sports to use this data to serve relevant and engaging content, at the right time and in the right channel, to build trusted, loyal and lasting customer relationships.
Stateside Sports director Ross Harris said: “Our laser focus on customers, storytelling and authenticity has been central to our business from day one. However, we recognised that to achieve our fairly ambitious growth plans, we needed help to provide authentic, personalised, omnichannel customer experiences. It was clear to us that Emarsys are experts in retail and ecommerce and the sophistication this partnership will bring to our marketing will be key to future proofing our business.”
Emarsys managing director, APAC Adam Ioakim commented: “Stateside Sports is a prime example of an Australian retailer that’s quickly attracted a loyal customer base as a result of a unique offering and prioritising customer experience. We look forward to working with Stateside Sports as it continues on its growth trajectory.”B&T
The Emarsys solution replaces Mailchimp.
