Media Agency Brand Sparks Foundry have announced a number of internal promotions, moving several key players from within their team into leadership positions.
The appointments include Lucie Jansen’s elevation to the new role of chief investment officer, and Rachida Murray as chief digital officer.
The promotions will allow both Jansen and Murray to take on more strategic functions, while the leaders within their teams will be focused on managing day-to-day operations.
Additionally, they will be expected to drive new product developments and assist Spark Foundry in remaining an industry leader.
They will also drive employee training and development within their disciplines, as well as strengthen partnerships across Publicis Groupe, clients and media partners.
Spark Foundry CEO, Imogen Hewitt, said: “Lucie and Rachida’s new roles are a reflection of the contribution they have made to our agency growth, their outstanding leadership, the scale of their teams – and their vision for future-proofing the agency through continuous new product development, upskilling and craft excellence.”
Elsewhere in the company, Peter Roins will be leading Spark Foundry’s Sydney office as general manager, while Stuart Capel has stepped into the elevated role of national head of operations.
Capel will be charged with ensuring operational excellence for the agency through a focus on efficient processes and the application of technology to solve for legacy system challenges.
