Seed Animation Create GIFs Celebrating Forgotten Olympic Sports

Did you know Tug of War, hot air balloon race, 50m Running Target and one arm weightlifting used to be Olympic sports? Animation company ‘Seed Animation studio’ is bringing back all the random forgotten Olympic events in GIF series ‘The Forgotten Games’.

Each three second GIF follow the larger-than-life character Rio as he plays out the strange events which were genuine games of past Olympics. The series of short animated loops are being released for each day of the Rio Olympic Games.

The GIFS are currently being released on social media platforms- Instagram and Twitter.
