Digital Out of Home media company, QMS, has today announced its appointment of Jodi Rosenthal to its executive leadership team as head of people and culture.
The senior appointment comes as the business continues its strong growth trajectory and team expansion as its re-imagined City of Sydney digital street furniture network comes to life.
Rosenthal (featured image) was most recently general manager of content, community and culture at employee experience platform, Circle In.
She joins the executive leadership team under chief operating officer of corporate, Mal Pearce to ensure business growth is matched with the investment into the people, training and structures needed to continue QMS’ renowned customer centric offering.
Pearce said the senior appointment will help keep a strategic focus on the people behind the business as it continues to expand, particularly within the key Sydney market.
“Despite the constant evolution of our business, our people remain at the centre of all that we do,” she said.
“With a real-world commercial understanding for the people and culture requirements of a modern media sales organisation, Jodi’s knowledge and passion for employee experience will ensure we continue our national momentum and fulfil our ambitious growth plans and targets for both the short and long term.”
Pearce added, “I am excited to welcome Jodi to the team as she brings with her a solid understanding of the media industry, along with a desire to implement best in class employee experiences.
“This background, combined with Jodi’s true passion for building leading diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging programs across teams and markets, will help us continue to put our people first and remain an employer of choice.”
Rosenthal said she’s watched the QMS business grow for several years and has “always been impressed” with their strategy, agility and spirit of entrepreneurship.
“With such momentum in the market already and big growth plans in place, I am thrilled to join the team to build on our already strong people experience and culture whilst also continuing to support QMS’ DOOH leadership and customer centric approach to drive the business forward,” she added.
