QIC Real Estate has launched its holiday campaign, Love from Christmas, as they prepare to celebrate the magic of the festive season with shoppers.

Launching across QIC’s 19 centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the ACT and Queensland from November 3 to December 24, 2022, Love from Christmas will be brought to life through an emotive television commercial inspired by the joy of gifting and celebration of family, together with an exclusive partnership with Scene to Believe to capture Baby’s First Christmas photography.

To be shared across centre websites, social channels, digital and external cinema advertising in the lead up to Christmas, QIC’s first TVC aims to highlight the close bonds we share with family and friends, and the power of human connection particularly during the holiday season.

In centres, there will be a packed roster of holiday activities and events including the new and exclusive Baby’s First Christmas photography package. Families will be provided with the opportunity to capture their child’s first Santa portrait in an extended session catered specifically to babies and toddlers.

Bronwyn Cooper, Head of Marketing at QIC Real Estate, explains: “We’re proud to launch our Love from Christmas campaign, going above and beyond to spread the festive joy of the holiday season for our customers and retailers.

“The festive period is not only meant for spending time with loved ones but also for celebrating experiences of joy. In light of this, QIC centres will offer a range of Christmas-themed events and experiences – from our Baby’s First Christmas offering, festive events, workshops, extended trading hours and, importantly, our community and charity initiatives – for people to come together and enjoy.”

“We’re also excited to launch our first Christmas commercial, which will bring to life the joy of spending time with our loved ones, emphasising the thoughtfulness and emotion behind every act of giving this festive season.”

In the lead up to Christmas, centres will extend trading hours, as well as collaborate with local charity partners to offer complimentary gift-wrapping services, with all proceeds raised donated to each centre’s respective charity organisations.

QIC’s Love From Christmas calendar of events includes:
− Santa’s Arrival and Breakfast: an opportunity for shoppers to create memorable family experiences and welcome Santa to the centre this Christmas.

− Santa Photography: Baby’s First Christmas exclusive portrait sessions offering families an extended photo session together with Pet Photos for our four-legged friends and Sensitive Santa delivering a low-stress photography experience in a sensory-friendly environment.

− Spend to Win Sales Promotion: from November 17 – December 18 at select centres inviting shoppers to spend for the chance to win Centre Gift Cards instantly.

− Gift Wrapping: each centre has teamed up with local charity partners to take the hard work out of gift wrapping while giving back to deserving community groups.

− Gift Guide: online gift guide providing inspiration and showcasing a wide range of products available in centres.

− Extended Trading Hours: for shoppers looking to get a jump on their Christmas shopping, centres will offer extended trading hours including midnight trading events.

QIC’s Love From Christmas campaign launches Thursday, November 3 and runs until Saturday December 24 2022, across Bathurst City Centre, Big Top Shopping Centre, Canberra Centre, Castle Towers, Eastland, Forest Lake Shopping Centre, Grand Central, Hinkler Central, Hyperdome, Kippa Ring Shopping Centre, Merrifield City, Nerang Mall, Pacific Epping, Pacific Werribee, Pittwater Place, Robina Town Centre, Watergardens, Westpoint and Woodgrove.
