PSA: Voting For B&T WIM Awards People’s Choice Closes At 5pm AEST Today (And We Have A New Race Leader)!

With just a few hours left until the voting lines close for the People’s Choice category as part of B&T’s Women in Media Awards (presented once again by Are Media), we have a HUGE update!

She may have left it until the last minute to make her move, but Nine’s Tina Andrew has continued her late charge to snatch the lead of the People’s Choice race from pace-setter Kate Toon (StayTooned).

There has also been another change further down the leaderboard, with Samantha Luff (10 ViacomCBS) and Tiff Ng (The Social Story) swapping places to now sit in third and fifth respectively, while Denise Barnes (Man of Many) is still holding down fourth spot.

Please note that you can vote for as many women as you want, but you can only vote once.

And, just in case you missed it, we released the WIM Awards shortlist yesterday! Check out which fabulous females made the cut HERE.

Now, given the current lockdown situation in Sydney, we’ve decided to play it safe and take this year’s WIM Awards into a virtual arena.

The event will still be held on the same date (Friday 27 August at 4pm), and we’ll still be bringing the same glitz and glam you’re all accustomed to. Register HERE now to secure your spot at this year’s WIM Awards!

If you’d like more information about this year’s WIM Awards, head to the website.

Thank you to all of our incredible sponsors for making the event possible!
