OMD has announced changes to its Melbourne leadership team, moving to a managing partner structure.
The new look team will be led by recently appointed OMD Melbourne managing director, Dianne Richardson. The changes are designed to provide greater executive leadership across the agency due to the success and growth of the Melbourne office.
Antonia Glezakos, OMD Melbourne general manager, and Alex Smith, head of Coles and Target, have both been elevated to managing partners, alongside managing partner, Sharon Cookson. Henry Feagins, has been promoted to head of strategy OMD Melbourne, and will also join the leadership team. Feagins has been with the agency for two years and with a creative, media and publisher background, he has quickly impressed colleagues and clients with his data based, creative approach.

Richardson said, “Before joining I was aware of the agency’s high regard, but I’ve been blown away by the talent here. The re-structure builds on the great strength we already have, whilst also setting us up for future growth and success. I’m really excited to see the leadership team and the agency continue to raise the bar for our clients.”
Aimee Buchanan, OMD Australia CEO, added “We are investing in great talent at a local level to reflect the scale of our Melbourne office. This is about ensuring we deliver to our clients now and into the future.”
