Nunn Media Acquires Performance Agency Alley

Australia’s largest independent media agency, Nunn Media, has acquired Australia’s fastest growing performance agency, Alley.

Led by CEO Nick Lavidge, Alley is an award-winning performance agency with offices in both Sydney and Los Angeles, working with some of the most advanced digital brands in Australia and the USA, including youfoodz, tinder, Reece, and Netgear.

Alley’s leading capabilities in search, social, programmatic, e-commerce and digital creative will form a powerful, integrated business proposition with Nunn Media.

The Sydney business comprises over 50 team members, providing end-to-end communication capabilities, making it one of the largest and most advanced groups in the market. It was also recently named a finalist in both the AdNews and B&T Awards.

Mat Nunn (pictured) CEO and founder of Nunn Media said: “We have had a highly successful year at Nunn both in terms of organic and new business growth as well as our product and talent agenda.”

“This is an important acquisition for our group giving us leading digital capabilities in the Sydney market, as well as e-commerce and digital creative capabilities at a national level, with Alley recently becoming a Shopify premium partner.

Alley is the latest acquisition by Nunn Media, which since 2013 has also acquired Kruse Media Services, akamedia and search and PPC business, Innovate Online.

Nunn Media is the largest independent media agency in Australia with annual billings of more than $330 million. Its clients include Bendigo Bank, JB HiFi, Haval,13CABS, American Tourister, Godfreys, Amcal, and Smile Direct Club.
