“Now That’s A M***** F***** Burger!” Provocative Ad Sells Merits Of Going Vegan

A new campaign spruiking the merits of meat-free burgers should soon be the target of wowsers after it came with the rather racy slogan “Now That’s A M…. F…. Burger”.

The campaign’s the work of UK company Meatless Farm who aims to promote a meat-free lifestyle to people looking to make healthier choices during lockdown.

The ad campaign, which features an elderly lady smiling down on a Meatless Farm’s burger, also comes with TV and radio adverts, electric cars, social media and supermarket packaging iterations.

Meatless Farms claims interest in a meat-free diet has increased a whopping 179 per cent year on year as Britons look to make healthier food choices and concerns around animal welfare and the environment increase.

It’s predicted the demand for plant-based protein will reach $A7.5 billion globally by the end of the year.

Meatless Farm’s chief growth officer, Michael Hunter, commented: “Throughout lockdown we’ve seen a surge in sales, with more and more Brits trying or considering making the swap to plant-based, even if it is just once a week.

“We felt the nation needed a bit of a lift as it’s been a tough time for everyone, so more than ever we wanted to create something light-hearted and fun that consumers would remember when they are looking for alternatives to meat,” Hunter said.
