NOVA Entertainment has announced the appointment of Minnie Cummins as Executive Producer for Nova’s Kate, Tim & Marty national drive show.
With over 15 years media experience, Cummins’ role at NOVA Entertainment marks her return to radio after spending 12 months producing the television shows – I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and Australian Survivor for Network Ten and Channel Nine’s upcoming series The Last Resort: Love Me or Leave Me.
Having got her start in radio in 2003, Cummins worked in both on air and off capacities, across multiple markets, before becoming Ministerial State Media Advisor for the Queensland State Government in 2011.
A year later she was lured back to radio as a Producer for B105’s Breakfast Show and then moved Sydney as Senior Breakfast Producer for the Mix FM breakfast show. In 2014 she became a senior producer and then executive producer for 2Day FM.
Paul Jackson, NOVA Entertainment’s Group programme director said, “We are delighted to have someone with Minnie’s experience join the team ensuring that Kate, Tim & Marty continue their success and remain Australia’s most listened to Drive show in market.”
Cummins joined the Nova Network in November this year and most recently has been responsible for Nova 96.9’s Summer Breakfast with Greg Burns and Zoe Sheridan. Cummins replaces Elle Conwell who is on maternity leave.
