Nielsen has appointed Matty Lin to its commercial organisation as APAC regional sales leader.
Based in Singapore, Lin joins the business from TikTok/Bytedance, where he most recently served as general manager of global business solutions for Southeast Asia and South Korea, leading commercial strategy, go-to-market innovation, and regional P&L.
Lin brings with him almost two decades of experience building high-performing teams, scaling complex commercial organisations, and leading transformational growth across global markets. As a seasoned executive, his leadership delivers deep operational discipline and a track record of sustained business impact across platforms and agencies.

In his new role Lin will be responsible for all of Nielsen’s commercial organisation in Asia and the Pacific region reporting directly to Nielsen’s chief revenue officer, Amilcar Perez.
