Meet The Women Leading Tech: Intuit Global Brand Strategist Stephanie Brown

With a decade of creative and digital agency experience, Stephanie Brown has moved on to fin-tech company Intuit as the company’s global brand strategist.

Here she has worked to craft cultural and consumer insights and galvanised local and global leadership teams to understand the Australian market.

Specifically, she has worked on localising the QuickBooks sub-brand in Australia and changing the perceptions around the product.

Within a year, Brown has spearheaded multiple experiments to prove multiple aspects of a locally relevant, distinctive brand leads to results across different markets.

The collaborative way of working with multiple stakeholders, including Country Managers and Marketing Directors and Global leadership, has resulted in Brown’s
methodology becoming a global playbook for localising the global brand.

As a result, her role has continued to expand into a global portfolio: now with Singapore, South Africa, India, Dubai, France and Ireland under her watch.

Above all, Brown’s career ambition is to be in a position where she can make a positive difference in the industry, by fostering young talent from diverse backgrounds.
