MediaCom Promotes Minsun Collier To National Head Of Data & Technology Acceleration

MediaCom has announced the promotion of Minsun Collier, formerly national head of digital, to national head of data and technology acceleration.

Collier began her journey with MediaCom in early 2020. During this time, she has focussed on leading and developing MediaCom’s digital capabilities whilst being a trusted digital advisor for the agency’s clients and media partners.

A respected leader internally, Collier has mentored and created some of MediaCom’s highest performing teams, whilst also advocating MediaCom’s products and smarts externally by participating in industry events where she discussed an array of digital topics including Programmatic OOH, Gaming & eSports, an approach for a cookie-less world and trust in digital advertising.

In her new role, Collier will now focus on driving the digital, data and technology transformation agenda for MediaCom’s clients. Collier will also provide clients with strategic consultancy services on matters related to digital and data technology.

A key part of her new remit will see Collier deliver product development as part of BLINK Consulting; a third millennium Consultancy designed to unleash the full potential of digital transformation in the areas of digital maturity, strategic in-housing, applied innovation, platform activation and integrated ecommerce. Collier will partner with Karleitia Bodlovic, recently appointed ecommerce director to better connect existing capability across investment, data planning and MediaCom’s specialist division of Creative Systems (MCS).

Yaron Farizon, CEO MediaCom AUNZ CEO said, “Min’s promotion is intrinsic to propel us forward as we help our clients ‘See the Bigger Picture’ in the digital marketing space by using data and technology to grow their business. With her industry experience and knowledge in digital marketing, she is perfectly placed to provide strategic consultancy to our clients to drive their digital, data and technology transformation agenda. I’m looking forward to seeing the partnership between Karleitia and Min unfold as they join forces to drive our offering as part of BLINK Consulting.”

Collier added: “By nature, I like to bring people together and solve problems. I’m looking forward to focusing on supporting our clients and media partners to navigate the opportunities ahead with data driven and technology enabled marketing.

“The most exciting part is the scope for best-in-class solutions beyond paid media, through collaboration and innovative thinking. I just love bringing big-picture geeky thinking to life, and with access to a pool of brilliant minds within MediaCom, GroupM and WPP AUNZ, the possibilities are endless.”

With her new remit effective immediately, Collier will join MediaCom’s executive committee and report directly into Farizon.
