MediaCom has pulled out the megaphone to announce the appointment of Michelle Mowle as head of talent, taking the reigns from Alaina Hawley, former people & culture director, who has left to pursue other opportunities.
With over 17 years experience in a HR/talent management capacity, Mowle joins the business with a wealth of experience spanning multiple industries including advertising, media, telecommunications, hospitality and pharmaceuticals.
As head of talent, Mowle will be responsible for developing and driving initiatives and solutions through the areas of attraction, development, engagement and transformation that will complement the strategic business objectives of MediaCom.
Mowle will also bolster the learning and development programmes to enhance the career progression of MediaCom’s talent, helping the national management team to identify pitch hitters.

Mowle’s tenure is effective from 14 April and will see her report directly to Sean Seamer, CEO MediaCom Australia and will work closely with Elissa Good-Omozusi, chief HR & talent officer of GroupM.
