Man of Many has welcomed Amelia Navascues to the role of head of social & production. The hire drives the brand’s next phase of growth across video, social, and podcasting.
The appointment follows Man of Many’s investment in premium video formats, serialised storytelling, and original podcast programming. This evolution aims to bridge the gap between editorial and broadcast-style entertainment across short and long-form platforms.
Navascues brings over a decade of experience across the media industry, having worked in broadcast radio, digital publishing, and social content at organisations including MIK Studio, Triple J, Mamamia, and Fremantle Media Australia. In her new role, she will leverage this background to lead the publication’s content strategy and oversee the rollout of these new multimedia initiatives.
Most recently, during her three years at MIK Studio, Navascues oversaw the production of culturally significant series. Her portfolio includes Anomalous with Em Rusciano, alongside The Fairbairn Podcast, Mel & Sam, Pump Up the Jams, and The Hosting Masterclass.
She will now focus on streamlining how Man of Many’s content is conceived, produced, and repurposed, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all digital touchpoints.
The publisher’s push into premium video has seen its original productions selected for the New York City International Fashion Film Festival and Fashion Film Festival Chicago.
“Man of Many already has incredibly strong foundations, deep editorial authority, a loyal audience, and a clear point of view,” said Navascues.
“I’m excited to be part of the next phase of building on what’s already there and taking it to the next level. I’m looking forward to developing new podcast and video formats that allow our journalism and storytelling to travel further, while staying true to the quality and credibility the brand is known for,” she said.
“Amelia’s proven ability to create chart-topping content aligns perfectly with our vision for the future of Man of Many,” Man of many co-founder Scott Purcell said.
“As we accelerate our investment in multimedia, her expertise will be instrumental in translating our editorial voice into premium audio and visual experiences. We are thrilled to have her leading the charge on this exciting new chapter,” he added.
