Australian professional kitchen knife and sharpener brand Füri has announced Kylie Kwong as its new brand ambassador.
Kylie Kwong, one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs, is best known for her iconic Sydney restaurant, Billy Kwong, range of cookbooks and appearances on MasterChef as well as being an advocate for sustainable food and ethical eating. Also joining the ranks as ambassador is Mark Henry, acclaimed international entrepreneur and the brand’s original owner and architect.
