Jo Boundy Promoted To Qantas CMO Role

Qantas has announced that Jo Boundy will be moving from Qantas Loyalty where she is currently executive manager, marketing and Qantas group accommodation to become executive manager, group brand and marketing – effectively the Qantas Group’s chief marketing officer position.

Boundy has been appointed to the role which has been vacant following the promotion of Stephanie Tully from the role to chief customer officer in August.

Beginning her career at the national airline a decade ago as the manager of employee communications, Boundy has progressed through a number of positions including its head of digital and entertainment.

Boundy will report to Tully in her new role. Tully sits on Qantas Group CEO Alan Joyce’s leadership team.

Meanwhile the airline has announced that Petra Perry will replace Boundy as the CMO role for Qantas Loyalty.
