Oliver Rapson, CEO of iProspect Australia, has announced the promotion of three key members of the iProspect national team.

Sam Cousins (pictured above) has been promoted to chief strategy officer, a first for iProspect Australia, Bonnie Dodemaide will become national digital performance lead and Jean-Yves Scauri (JY) is promoted to national SEO lead.

“The promotions of Sam, Bonnie and JY will play a huge role in being the connective tissue that further underpins our newly found end to end capability,” said Rapson.

“How we accelerate brands through our unique performance mindset and how that has already driven success and organic growth for a wealth of our clients. I am very excited to be part of this step change in thinking, one that brings data and strategy to the forefront of smart decision making.”

Cousins has been in media for 23 years. She joined Mitchells in Melbourne in 2006 as the youngest and only second female on the leadership team, and has been with the dentsu network ever since across four agencies in leadership, planning and strategy roles.

She has worked in every discipline in media from account service, to planning to investment, moving to build the strategic product 2009. She is a CEW (chief executive women) alumni and has been short listed for women in media awards.

Cousins is passionate about consumer and category insights especially when it comes to storytelling through data. Having worked in every discipline her strategic approaches are all anchored in solving her clients’ business problems through actionable media outcomes, that blend brand and performance.

“I always wanted to be a writer growing up, and in a weird way that’s exactly what I have ended up doing, telling stories in my work on a daily basis to my clients and ultimately their customers through media,” she said.

Dodemaide began her career in the industry with Mediacom and has been with iProspect for the past 9 years.  She began as a search executive in 2014 before being promoted to digital performance manager, digital director and then client partner, respectively.

“I’m delighted to extend Bonnie’s remit to digital performance lead,” Rapson said.

“She is an established leader who has built and sustained strong client relationships and all the while driving existing client growth, contributing and managing new business for paid media and advocating iProspect as the lead digital agency across our key clients.”

“I look forward to working with our team nationally to accelerate brands through a performance mindset. We strive to elevate iProspect to a new level in digital performance and work together with our partners and our clients to provide best in class solutions to business challenges,” Dodemaide added.

Scauri started his SEO career with international digital marketing agency, Search Laboratory.  He has been with iProspect for 4.8 years in SEO roles as manager, director and now national SEO lead.

He has a proven talent for aligning business strategy and objectives with established brand development and digital management paradigms.

“JY has demonstrated time and time again his growth-focused thought leadership abilities for the business, with a passion for improving our operational efficiency and helping iProspect get more out of their digital strategies,” said Rapson.

“This new role for me is nothing short of amazing and I am enjoying the breadth of challenges thrown at me. I’m excited to be collaborating with our expanding team nationally to accelerate performance and deliver transformational SEO work for our clients and partners,” Scauri added.
