Digital services agency ICEMEDIA has announced the opening of its new Melbourne office, building on offerings in Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra.
The new office means ICEMEDIA is now able to bring best-in-class customer experience platforms and consulting directly to Victorian clients with local account support.
Bob Tisdall, managing director at ICEMEDIA, said: “Lately, we’ve being doing more work for clients in Melbourne than Brisbane, so it just makes sense to have a permanent presence in Melbourne to give them the local service they deserve.”
Greg Anders, national sales director at ICEMEDIA, said the agency’s latest hire in Melbourne has a digital marketing background – not just tech.
“He has a wealth of experience in personalisation and campaigning, as well as marketing automation, so we’re looking forward to showing clients how to get more value from the platforms they probably already own.”
ICEMEDIA has a full-time team of 50 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dialog Information Technology.
