B&T is proud to introduce its very own Aussie-made event, Changing the Ratio – a bold, home-grown initiative designed to drive diversity, inclusion and the promotion of women in Australia’s advertising, marketing and media landscape.
Sponsored by Facebook and Smartvideo, Changing the Ratio is totally Australian born and bred. It will bring the extraordinary creative problem solving capability of this great nation to bear on a problem we should be looking to fix right now.
Held on Monday 28 May 2018 in Sydney, Changing the Ratio will bring together a spectacular speaker line-up and industry panel discussions, which will supply attendees with things to do right now that they can take back to their own organisation to drive diversity and inclusion.
Attendees will also walk away with practical tools and case studies, not to mention game-changing ideas.
With many more to come, speakers announced so far include:
- George McEncroe – CEO and founder of Shebah Women’s Rideshare
