The countdown is on to the Adland ARIA Award for Best Use of Australian Music in an Advertisement. Now in its third year, the category has become a celebration of the campaigns that champion homegrown talent.
Past winners have set a high bar. In 2024, Bolster Group and Publicis Groupe were recognised for Cancer Council’s “End The Trend” campaign, while the award’s inaugural year in 2023 saw Innocean Australia with the Australian Marine Conservation Society for “Voice of the Sea” with a little help from Aussie music icon John Williamson.
With entries drawn from across the industry, this year’s shortlist reflects the power of Australian music to elevate storytelling, connect brands with audiences on a deeper level and spotlight the artists shaping our viewing and scrolling.
These nominees showcase how creative teams are weaving local music into campaigns that resonate long after the ads have finished rolling.
