Julia Wyatt has been appointed head of marketing, ANZ at Snap Inc., after stints at TikTok and Splend.
Wyatt spent close to three years at TikTok, most recently serving as head of marketing communications from March to December 2025. In that role, she led marketing communications for TikTok for Business across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing the brand’s presence, positioning and strategic partnerships across the region.
Following her exit from TikTok, Wyatt took on the role of events and partnerships lead at Splend. She held that position for several months before making the switch to Snap in July 2026.
“Delighted to share that I’ve started as Head of Marketing, ANZ at Snap Inc.”
“Already feeling incredibly energised by the team and excited to get stuck into helping brands show up on a platform that’s redefining how the next generation connects, creates and communicates,”
“I’m also grateful for my time at Splend as Events & Partnerships Lead, and to Jenna Collard for the opportunity and support over the past few months,” said Wyatt in a statement on Linkedin.
The move comes as Snap experiences a senior leadership reshuffle, with the company’s chief communications officer Julie Henderson recently named Pinterest’s new VP and chief communications officer.
