Nine’s Pedestrian Group, ANZ’s largest youth-focused publishing group, has recruited Frank Masterson (lead image) to lead the company’s direct and independent sales team in Sydney. Masterson is tasked to further drive revenue via client partnerships in Sydney as well as driving direct new business relationships nationally.
Masterson is a well respected operator in the industry – having held senior positions locally in tech and publishing at Pinterest, Buzzfeed and B&T.
Pedestrian Group’s chief commercial rfficer, Rachel Tikey stated, “If you’ve met Frank, you know he radiates kindness, intellect and energises those around him. He is a strategic leader who is loved by his peers and clients – we know Frank is going to achieve great things as a leader at Pedestrian Group.”

Masterson’s appointment comes as Pedestrian Group sees MOM audience growth via IPSOS. The business also plans to expand its commercial offerings with an exciting first to market announcement in the works with parent company Nine.
