Global cloud management software provider etouches has launched a new product Down Under that is designed to provide businesses with a live view of their events’ return on investment (ROI) by utilising real-time data.
Claimed by etouches to be the first of its kind in the events sector, the Event ROI tool measures and quantifies event data in real time against the user’s predetermined goals, integrating and analysing a range of event data and performance metrics against trends, benchmarks and best practices.
A visual dashboard displays this insight in context to the set goals, enabling businesses to optimise the event, measure its success and generate leads.
Etouches’ marketing manager for the Asia-Pacific region, Miranda Carter, said that with over 25 per cent of marketing budgets currently spent on business events, it’s now more important than ever for marketers to provide a true measurement of event performance.
