Martinez joins the agency from 303 Mullenlowe where he was the digital marketing director.

At Bohemia, Martinez will lead a team spanning Bohemia’s Sydney and Melbourne offices as he supports Bohemia partner James Collier in a leadership and growth capacity across the performance marketing department.
Collier said: “Esteban is a phenomenal talent.
“He’s as smart as a whip, brings a library’s worth of knowledge and really cares for the work, his people and the long term health of our industry.”
Martinez said: “I’m thrilled to have joined Bohemia.
“With the rise of digital media, customer retention and acquisition is more important than ever.
“My obsession with growth and audience data is matched by the team at Bohemia which makes this a great fit.
