Following client growth in Sydney and Melbourne, Bohemia has appointed Esteban Martinez (featured image) to the role of performance director.
Martinez joins the agency from 303 Mullenlowe where he was the digital marketing director.
Prior to that, he was a search engine marketing director at Salmat.
At Bohemia, Martinez will lead a team spanning Bohemia’s Sydney and Melbourne offices as he supports Bohemia partner James Collier in a leadership and growth capacity across the performance marketing department.
Collier said: “Esteban is a phenomenal talent.
“He’s as smart as a whip, brings a library’s worth of knowledge and really cares for the work, his people and the long term health of our industry.”
Martinez said: “I’m thrilled to have joined Bohemia.

The appointment follows the promotion of Theo Zisoglou to general manager.
Zisoglou’s new role will see him establish high performing teams to foster positive relationships with clients, media and creative partners.
He will also be responsible for setting the vision for the agency across the media product and quality of the work.
